Sixth Form College can be a part-time option while students are still at Bonus Pastor if they are aged 14 or over.
At Lewisham College they have a large number of young people aged 14 to 16 studying part-time (usually one day a week). They take part in a range of work-related programmes over two years developing skills to help them plan and prepare for working life or further study.
The College works closely with Lewisham College and neighbouring boroughs to offer their students the opportunity to take part in programmes that promote learning through work-related activities and practical skills. The courses, involving subjects not normally available at our College are for Year 10 and 11 students, aged 14-16, interested in preparing themselves for the world of work or further education.
This includes our bespoke curriculum enrichment schemes developed in partnership with Lewisham College - call School Links Other courses and enrichment schemes we offer include:
- ICT Masterclasses as part of the IT Higher Diploma
- Flexible Learning Programme - one day per week over 2 years for Year 10 & 11 learners from all local schools. we offer a range of vocational options which all work towards nationally recognised qualifications at levels 1 and 2.
- Taster programmes with a mix of vocational sampling and personal development and/or work preparation at Entry level.
